I have spent over a decade in recruiting, working across multiple industries and with an incredibly broad range of skills. Over the years, I realized the best part of my job was talking to people — hearing their challenges, understanding their goals, and helping them find the right fit. That passion led me to start Lama Solutions so I could deliver recruiting and consulting services with a truly personal touch.
